Each person is given a letter that is outlined using 'bodies'. For example, the letter R may be made up using 20 outline bodies,
one of these bodies is ringed and this is your individual
position within the letter.

A company name can be spelled out or a logo recreated remarkably accurately, even down to using the correct typeface! Corporate Body Building can be used effectively in a number of different ways. A specific challenge within a larger overall event, an early morning activity to blow away the cobwebs and make sure everyone is ready for action. Or, in perhaps its most popular context, as the grand finale to a successful conference which creates a unique souvenir for all who took part.
