The People Power Grand Prix can be used on many different levels,
from a simple 30 minute 'build and race' competition, through to a full-blown half day team building
event where kart components are earned through undertaking initiative challenges. Team racing overalls
are designed and created, plus grid positioning and 'team orders' come into play. The karts themselves
are not motorised, but hi-tech versions of the type many of us built from old pram wheels as kids.
