The Haka is a fun energiser that is set to encourage self-expression and inspire!

Popularised globally by the New Zealand All Blacks National Rugby Team, the Ka Mate Haka is an ancestral war cry and challenge from the Māori people. It is a recognised posture dance of vigorous movement, stamping of the feet and rhythmically shouted accompaniment.
